Spring daylight savings gets me every year. I know that I should go to bed early because I am going to be losing an hour, but that is not what I do. I stay up late just like I would do on any other night and I regret it the next morning when my alarm goes off. You would think after years of doing this I would learn and actually go to sleep early so I would not be so tired the next day. It is amazing the difference that hour makes when it comes to sleep.
On the other hand I always love getting that extra hour in the fall. I do not always use it for sleep like I probably should, but I still like having the option of getting an extra hour of sleep. I like the fact that cell phones now reset on their own because I would probably forget to reset it on my own. I do wonder why they change over around two in the morning though.
Day lights savings time is not for me. They need to change the time in the middle of the day so we can all get out of school/work early or late. It would be so great to get off of work early every once in a while. But that's probably why they change it in the middle of the night when night birds (like us) are still wide awake.
